Decorated in mediterranean contemporary style, the villa was completely renovated inside out during the winter 2007/8, and is now to be considered as in good condition!

When the owners of Villa Son Mar leaves their home in Mallorca for the summer, all personal belongings are stored away, and the villa is available for long term rent.

Villa Son Mar has an indoor area of some 300 m2 and another 300m2 of south and sea facing sundrenched terraces with glorious sea views both day and night.
