Villa Son Mar is the perfect choice for a perfect summer holiday in the mediterranean. The large contemporary villa is located just above the fashionable marina of Portals on the south west coast of Mallorca. Villa Son Mar offers not only location, location, location, but also the most dramatic view on the Island.

The residential area of Costa den Blanes with its guarded entrance road also offers security as well as privacy.

On the street level top floor you will find a spacious studio, decorated and used as a private office with high speed internet access. You will also find a large sundeck with morning sun here.The second floor offers a large panoramic view living room with a fireplace, a generous and very modern kitchen, hall with guest toilet and a laundry room.  A very large fully furnished terrace offers the perfect setting for entertaining guests. Below that on floor 3 is the residential floor. Villa Son Mar boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the residential floor. Two of theese bedrooms have direct acces to yet another terrace.

On floor 4 there is a further guestroom with ensuite bathroom. Here,  you will also find the fully equipped outdoor kitchen for that special BBQ lunch by the pool.

In total, Villa Son Mar sleeps 10 in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

During your stay, the house will be taken care of and cleaned by the maid, who works 20 hours per week, making sure everything is kept to Villa Son Mar standard at all times.

The garden and pool is looked after weekly by the gardner.
